Draft: pending legal review.
Iris acts on your team's behalf inside Slack and, when you connect it, Google Drive. We store only what is needed to run the service: your organization name, billing identifiers from our payment processor (we never see card numbers), and the connection tokens you authorize.
Connection tokens are kept in an encrypted secrets store and are never written to disk on the machine that runs Iris. You can disconnect Iris at any time from Slack or your Google account, and ask us to delete your data by emailing the address on your receipt.
Iris uses an AI model provider to generate responses; the text of conversations you have with her is sent to that provider for that purpose.
